1. No Purchase Necessary

Participation in The Pangea AppReferral Program (“Program”) is free. No purchase is required to earn or redeem rewards.

2. Eligibility

To participate:

• You must be a registered user of The Pangea App in good standing.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Rewards are currently available to users residing in the United States unless otherwise specified.
• The Program is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

3. How Referrals Work

• Users receive a unique referral link to share with others.
• A valid referral is defined as a new user who:
  • Signs up using your referral link,
  • Is not already in our system,
  • Completes onboarding (e.g., profile setup, adds at least 1 travel plan, and invites at least 1 friend),
  • Meets any additional verification standards we apply.

Each verified referral earns 1referral credit. The Pangea App reserves the right to validate and approve all referrals at its sole discretion. The # of referral credits you have will be displayed in the app.

4. Rewards & Redemption

Users unlock specific rewards based on total verified referrals.

To redeem rewards, users must email team@thepangea.app within 14 days of reaching a reward tier. Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of comparable value at our discretion.

Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged.

5. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify, suspend, or permanently ban users from the Program, without notice, for any of the following:

• Fake, self-referrals or duplicate accounts,
• Use of bots, scripts, or spam,
• Misleading or deceptive promotion tactics,
• Any violation of these Terms or our general Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to audit referrals and accounts at any time.

6. Program Changes & Termination

The Pangea App may modify, pause, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, without notice or liability.This includes:

• Adjusting referral reward tiers,
• Substituting or discontinuing rewards,
• Limiting redemption windows,
• Ending the Program entirely.

Unredeemed referral credits may expire or be forfeited if the Program is modified or terminated.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Pangea App, its affiliates, and partners:

• Make no guarantees about the availability, delivery, or quality of any reward,
• Disclaim any implied warranties,
• Are not liable for losses, damages, or injuries arising from Program participation or reward use.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless The Pangea App and its agents from all claims arising from the Program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
